CUSTOM WEDDING PACKAGE          $525

Want to have the personalized wedding ceremony of your dreams? The two of you get to decide the tone, length and style of ceremony you want. 

I will send you out a detailed questionnaire about your love story so far and your hopes and wishes for your future together. Using those answers we will craft tailor made vows that truly reflect who you are as individuals and as a couple. We'll have a lengthy initial in person meeting (if geographically possible) and have as many video conferences, phone calls and email exchanges as are necessary to perfect your unique ceremony.

We will also, of course, go through every detail of the wedding - from the procession in, to the music, to the ring exchange etc. I will be on hand throughout to discuss any questions at all that you may have and will follow up with you after the wedding. 

Please note - a rehearsal is not included in this price.

STANDARD WEDDING PACKAGE          $275

For my most popular package while there is a set wording for the ceremony you can absolutely share personal vows that you have written for each other within the standard vows, adding your personal touch.

Rather than meeting in person, we will get to know each other beforehand with a lengthy phone or video call. During that call, we will talk through the details of your ceremony and the paperwork. We will cover the vows, the procession in and out, the ring ceremony, music, the signing of the paperwork etc.

I will also send you tips on writing your personal vows, should you need them, and reminders about paperwork along the way. If you are not having a rehearsal, I will also send you a list of things to help you have a run through without me there. A follow up after the wedding regarding paperwork is also included in this package.

Please note - a rehearsal is not included in this price.

BARE BONES (legalities only) PACKAGE              $185

In a hurry, on a budget, having a destination wedding at a later date, or just wanting to tie the knot as simply as possible, perhaps at your own home? Then the Bare Bones package is for you. This is perfect if it's just the two of you and your 2 witnesses and/or a very small number of guests. Communication is via text or emails as we set up your short and simple ceremony with only standard legally required vows. We just need your 2 adult witnesses and your Marriage License, and we are good to go! 

Some restrictions do apply to this package:

• From the start of JUNE to the end of OCTOBER this package is NOT available on FRIDAYS and SATURDAYS.

• This package is NOT available for weddings at our acreage.

• This package is not for you if you require a rehearsal.

• The $75 minimum travel fee for weddings outside of Red Deer/Red Deer County still applies to this package.

TRAVEL FEES

As long as your wedding is within my jurisdiction of Red Deer County  (including the City of Red Deer), travel is included. For weddings outside of the County, there will be a minimum fee of $75 for each round trip that I make to your venue (so, if you are having a rehearsal, there will be two separate travel charges).

REHEARSAL         $175

Whether you are having the Custom or Standard package, I highly recommend having a rehearsal if you are  nervous about delivering your vows and/or have a large wedding party - flower girls, dogs, ring bearers, beer boys etc! We will run though the entire wedding 2 or 3 times  - the procession in and out, the vows, the ring exchange etc, until all of the wrinkles are ironed out and everybody feels much more relaxed about the ceremony. If you don't have access to your venue before the wedding day itself, we can absolutely do the rehearsal elsewhere.

RUSH MARRIAGE REGISTRATION          $90

Need your official Alberta Wedding Certificate as a matter of urgency? With this service, rather than having to wait a few weeks to order your paperwork, I will register the marriage in person on the first working day after your wedding, so that you can expedite that process.
